## What we are

Langfield is a B2B OEM / ODM knitwear factory partner, not a consumer fashion brand and not a retailer. We develop and produce custom sweaters and related knitwear for brands that sell under their own label.

We do not create or register a customer's brand. The buyer supplies brand name and logo artwork. We produce labels and garments to that artwork after a basic infringement check.

## What we make

- Fine-gauge knitwear, core programme: 100% extrafine 70s Australian merino
- Merino–cashmere blends and selected specialty fibres (including mohair blends) when the brief requires them
- Machine-washable / mercerized merino options when specified
- Women's and men's sweaters; accessories when they fit the same knitting programme
- Sale-ready finishing: brand, size, care and fibre labels, sewing-in, individual packing

## How we work

- Model: OEM (customer design) and ODM (factory-developed styles with customer branding)
- Trial / first-run MOQ: 30 pieces per colour
- Size split: minimum 10 pieces per size
- Sampling: typically 5–7 working days after the brief is clear; sample fee is charged and credited against the bulk invoice if the order is confirmed
- Quality: AQL Level II sampling; major defects judged at AQL 2.5
- If a lot fails inspection, we rework the batch at our cost and do not ship until it passes
- Production starts after deposit; we give a written timeline before deposit
- First small export orders are usually quoted as garment price plus international courier (for example DHL) to the buyer's address. Import VAT and duty in the destination country are typically paid by the buyer to the courier on delivery. We are not an EU importer and do not offer DDP on a first 30-piece run.
