What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For true custom OEM manufacturing (your own designs), our MOQ starts at just 30 pieces per color. This is significantly lower than traditional factories, allowing you to test new styles with minimal inventory risk.
How do you handle sampling costs?
To deter retail inquiries, we charge a standard sampling fee. However, this entire sample fee is credited back to you and deducted from your bulk order invoice once the official order is confirmed.
Will my designs be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and keep your designs confidential. However, please note that if a style sells very well, it is inevitable that it will appear in the broader market, which is beyond our control.
What are your typical production lead times?
